Please be aware of the following considerations:
- QuarterSense only covers publicly traded companies, and prefers companies with a market capitalization under $10B. This limit is flexible; the intent is to provide additional coverage and information to companies who are not often in the public eye.
- In order to most efficiently serve the greatest amount of customers, we will prioritize paying businesses over requests for free coverage.
- QuarterSense is employee-oriented. Our primary mission is to educate and inform employees of public companies so they understand the heartbeat of their businesses better. While the analysis and information we provide can be extremely useful for investors, we will not provide buy/sell/hold ratings.
For Businesses
For businesses intending to purchase our services as an employee benefit, we offer two levels of service:
Annual Corporate Plan
- One year coverage term, including four quarters of earnings call analysis and summaries
- Unlimited access to all available finance mini-lessons; one lesson per quarter will be hand-selected and distributed with your earnings summaries
- Coverage of one “special event” that occurs outside of a quarterly 10-Q filing — typical events for special reports include secondary stock offering, merger and acquisition activity, or divestitures
- Significantly discounted coverage of any additional special events that occur during the term
- Email Q&A for your employees
Singular Corporate Plan
- Individual coverage of a single quarter or special event (secondary stock offering, M&A activity, divestitures, etc.)
- Access to annual plan rates up to 60 days following the singular coverage
- Discounted individual coverage for up to 6 months after the initial service
- Email Q&A for your employees
For Individuals
- At no cost, you can submit a company for us to cover on a recurring, quarterly basis, or for a single event
- For a minimal fee, individual finance mini-lessons can be purchased
- For an affordable one-time fee, you can get access to all current and future finance mini-lessons
- Most often, we will publish all summaries in the regular stream of latest earnings; enjoy these as a complementary service just for visiting!
